These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Atlas Air Comfort ("Atlas Air Comfort," "we," "our," or "us") website and services. By visiting our website, submitting a form, or engaging us to help with a state Home Energy Rebate project, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Atlas Air Comfort is an independent, licensed HVAC contractor. We help income-qualified homeowners apply for and complete upgrades through state Home Energy Rebate programs, which are administered by state agencies using federal Inflation Reduction Act funds. We are not a government agency, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any government program.
Our services are intended for homeowners aged 18 or older who own the property to be upgraded and are located in a state we serve. Rebate eligibility is determined by each state's program based on factors such as household income, household size, the property, and the funds remaining at the time of application. Submitting a form or speaking with us does not guarantee that you qualify or that funds are available.
Rebate availability, amounts, and eligibility requirements are set by each state program and are subject to change without notice. Any amounts referenced on our website are program maximums, not guarantees. We confirm eligibility and reserve program funds before any work begins, but we do not control program rules, funding levels, or agency decisions and cannot guarantee approval, a specific rebate amount, or a specific timeline.
When you choose to work with us, we may handle income qualification, fund reservation, equipment selection, documentation, scheduling, installation through licensed local crews, and inspection. The specific scope, equipment, and any out-of-pocket costs for your project will be described in a separate agreement or proposal provided to you before work begins. That project agreement controls if anything in it conflicts with these Terms.
Providing false or misleading information may make you ineligible for a program and may have consequences under program rules.
