Please do not apply if you do not hold an HVAC license.
Every market offers two ways to work with us: a full-time, W-2 HVAC technician role and a 1099 independent subcontractor role. All work centers on heat pump installations and home electrification upgrades funded by federal Home Energy Rebate (HEAR/HOMES) programs.
