Both roles below (full-time W-2 technician and 1099 subcontractor) require a current, valid HVAC contractor license (or required local HVAC license) plus EPA 608 Universal certification.

Indiana offers two ways to work with us: a full-time, W-2 HVAC technician role and a 1099 independent subcontractor role. All work centers on heat pump installations and home electrification upgrades funded by federal Home Energy Rebate (HEAR/HOMES) programs. EPA 608 Universal certification is required for every role, and a valid HVAC license is mandatory for every position. There are no exceptions.
